Kirkjufell

Kirkjufell | This is the famous Kirkjufell mountain. Voted one of the ten most beautiful mountains in the world. Usually with the Kirkjufellsfoss in the foreground I looked for another perspective and found this pond. The weather was very instable and seconds after I took these pictures (panorma of 3) heavy rain started. What I only realized later on my computer was the green mood around the mountain and the reflection in the pond. This is the first Northern Light I did not see :-) Later in the evening though we got much more of it. Das ist der berühmte Kirkjufell Berg. Gewählt als einer der 10 schönsten Berge der Welt. Normalerweise sieht man ihn mit dem Kirkjufellsfoss Wasserfall im Vordergrund weswegen ich nach einer anderen Perspektive gesucht hatte. Das Wetter war sehr instabil und Sekunden nachdem ich die Bilder für dieses Panorma (3 Bilder) gemacht hatte begann es stark zu regnen. Was ich erst später am Computer bemerkt hatte war die grüne Aura um den Berg und die Reflektion in dem Tümpel. Das waren die ersten Polarlichter die ich nicht gesehen habe :-) Allerdings hatten wir später am Abend noch genug zu sehen bekommen. - Realisiert mit Pictrs.com
